i enjoyed my short stay with my family! the resort was well kept despite its age. the landscaping had lush greenery, a real treat. i appreciate the excellent service from the staff, especially ritika at the front desk. the resort provided a fantastically managed experience for families with kids.
i noticed a slight delay in getting milk for the kids. it took about an hour each time i ordered, a bit inconvenient. i needed to make follow-up calls, but everything else arrived promptly.

The hotel had a private beach. It looked clean with 24-hour security. the beach includes chairs, umbrellas, and towels . evening activities like kite flying and volleyball were available.

Mr. Elumalai provided excellent assistance with the hotel and room details. He communicated in multiple languages and displayed a helpful attitude without any hesitation.
The buggy service took more than 30 minutes on several occasions, even after multiple calls. This was problematic, especially when adhering to a toddler's schedule.
